Yeah I just thought I'd make a quick post saying that I really appreciate all the hard work and long hours all the devs are putting in so we can play Endless Ages again, perhaps a thread with 100 people saying that they're supporting them and thinking about them would cheer them up a little after those 14 hours of tedious debugging.

I understand that I was a little....oh how should I put this?

I guess I kinda rolled along with the point when I saw Kanes post, but I didn't realize the full implications of what it would mean. I am sorry for what I said back there, I wasn't trying to make you guys feel bad. It's just posts like Telos back there helps alot. What I wanted to know is what exactly the holdup was. Now that I know the condition the game is in, I see a really big reason why you guys wont be releasing for a while. This is easier to digest then getting words like "Beta is coming soon!", and after waiting a few weeks, it not happening you understand? I'm sorry if it feels like im bashing with this post, but I never meant any harm. I do respect the work you guys do out there, and understand it is a huge project that could take YEARS to accomplish. At the rate you guys are doing this, I wouldn't be surprised if it came out in 2 or 3 months (Thats a good thing, compared to the last sentence). I understand it is tough to continue going with so many hours of work and things that get in the way that cannot be avoided. But I know you guys WILL achieve this, because you all have the true devotion to achieve this goal.

Next:

It does irritate me that a player who is essentially new to the game is an alpha tester, and that he made comments that he may admin if he likes the game. I would have thought that someone who played Gold would know more what the feeling of the game is supposed to be like. I realize that the alpha test is not ALL gameplay mechanics, it is almost entirely bug testing, and you do not need a old player to do it.

Congrats not only for reviving one of the very best games out there, while not so long ago, it was still stored in the "best gaming memories" drawer of my head...

Not only for putting extra effort like spending your whole free time on it, either. (talk about going the extra mile, this is going the extra goddarn lightyear)

But also, and that's very important, congrats for the AMAZING amount of patience you're demonstrating every day here on forums. Obviously none of you devs owe anything to any of us players, and yet you come here answering questions, delivering infos, heads-ups, screenshots and teasers of all kinds... staying calm and polite in every circumstances, even when everything allows you to be mad... dude i know I couldn't

It warms my heart knowing EA is in the hands of such a committed team, i just hope your skins are all as tough as Alein's, since dealing with idiocy will be one of your most annoying, yet *endless* tasks around there ;-)
