I've Been playing mmos and games in general for a long time, but I have never once had this happen before. The game gets to the log in screen, but whenever i click next, the game acts like it's going to proceed but then, nothing happens....no hourglass to show it's trying to load, no error message, the window just closes out entirely..... any ideas?

Clicking NEXT on the launcher should close it and launch the client from your EndlessAgesR folder. Ctrl+Alt+Delete and go to processes. Do you see a process called "EndlessAges.exe" running? It might just be taking a while to load.

thanks a lot for the input; I looked in the directory and tried to run the actual client without going through the launcher and noticed a .dll file missing. I'm gonna try to install it again, or re-download it if need be. This has been happening to me lately though with multiple files I have tried to install, there is always a .dll file missing. So far, re-installing these files hasn't fixed the problem

Delete everything associated with EA then download 2 files.

primary file-the link is in the forums.
update file 1.4 Jason has a link to it.

after you install the primary file ( make sure you remember the area you unzipped it to) then do the patch (make sure its in the same folder otherwise it wont update correctly).

All should work correctly now if not pm me and I can help you.
