Signup Problem - Endless Ages

I can't sign up. it gives me this error when i click Go/enter/w/e

Sorry for the problems. I'm guessing this was from the website?

There is a way to sign up for an account when you fire the game up. Please let me know at your earliest convenience about where this error occurred. Thank you.

when you enter a name and password then click create, it comes back with the message that flexion posted. I have been trying to sign up for a week and having the same problem.

Open up the game and click the create acount thing located above the Trading Post sign in.

As solo stated we are trying to isolate the problem. after downloading the game and getting all patches installed start the game. after the login screen comes up look to the left side look to the top CREATE YOUR ACCT there. then close and restart you should be able to get In game now and start your adventures.

Just as an FYI,

when going to the Endless Ages - Your new journey begins... website and then clicking on the "Create Your Account! - Updated!" link (links to Endless Ages - Account Creation) and filling in the form with username, password, and email then hitting the "create" button after a few seconds the error listed below is displayed.

as a web developer i can tell you that the reason for the error is that the command script is not located in the correct location, or the syntax of the registration script is pointing to the wrong spot.

I got the same problem atm. Am trying to create a account via the ea homepage. Wich does not work. And i fail to see any create account when i fire up the client from my desktop. Any helpful information about this problem?

I just like to say that the picture above showing a login screen seems to be out of date aswell. The one i get is not looking like that.

"Server Error in '/' Application" issues;

This is usually a server side error and we are aware of it, so it's either the site/web host, or something the client (EA) is sending that is causing it to happen. the DV's are working to fix the issue

You can clear all your local cache/cookies etc, just hit Ctrl + shift + delete, select all tick boxes and hit "Clear private data now" to see if this fixes the problem. Sometimes there is information stuck in memory that interferes with what you are doing. try this to see if it fixes the issue.

UPDATE:

Download the game and install EA.exe and patch 1,5 then start the game, it will look for updates and update as necessory you will see Click Here to Register for the Game use this to register and your all set.

Link does not work my friend, and i dunno if its any problem with my client it does patch itself. However i do not see a "create account" anywhere when i start the client.

Also i tried removing my cookies/cache, i did not work to register via the homepage.

You must have the old launcher/client, if that is not the screen you are seeing. Please install manual patch 1.5, which can be found here:

In it will include the newer version of the launcher, which will contain the working link to account creation.

And yes, another heads up for the devs: I have personally experienced this as well when the new launcher was introduced. The old launcher DOES in fact patch itself and the game DOES work. However, the old launcher DOES NOT update itself and upgrade itself to the newer launcher. Could you please look into this? If people just use the original installation and do not install the manual patch, they may be missing out on the trading post
