Sorry, but I went through these support forums and Ive seen the same problem coming up..None of the fixes have worked for me..

I'm talking about 0kb downloading on the loading screen.

I installed the patch, made sure the \ dash was in the installation directory. Then i uninstalled and deleted everything tried again..made sure my firewall was fine....uninstalled everything again..tried again...

And its Always the same file "kb: 0 Downloading: EARevolutionAII.cab"

If a solution is out there that i missed I apologize....



As soon as I heard there was a f2p mmofps I had to get on the excited train.

Try this ...

goto This site and DL the EARevolutionAII.cab unzip it and place it in the approriate Folder then restart Launcher

If the above doesnt work.

You can rule out the "\" problem if you run the patcher and check where the "CACHE" folder is installed. If it is a sub directory in your endless ages folder then its okay and your problem is probably patch or firewall.

The patch changed fairly recently so if you downloaded 1.5 a few days ago you should get 1.6.

Manual Patch and this registry fix is what got my game working when I had that problem.

I just tried downloading it yesterday so I am pretty sure I got patch 1.6..I will try everything you guys told me though thanks..

Sorry guys, nothing seems to work. I went to that website and downloaded the EAREVOLUTIONAII.cab file and extracted it in the Cache folder of the game folder and nothing changed.

i'm a new player and i had this problem from the start.
for me the fix was simple. just took a bunch of trial and error to figure out.
heres what i did.

1. install game. (don't run game yet) default directory is C:\EndlessAgesR

2. install patch 1.6 (1.4 not needed) default directory is C:\EndlessAgesR

when patch is done the game launcher will start up, DO NOT HIT NEXT.
at the bottom of the launcher in the middle it will say choose game directory.

the default here is C:\Program Files\Endless Ages. if you hit next that file wil be created, then when you log in, 0 KB dling.
all that is needed is to change the directory to C:\EndlessAgesR making sure to remove the space between Endless and ages.

just a small note if you've tried installing multiple times including 1.4 patch make sure to delete all folders related to endlessages including registry entries before reinstalling.

now log in and all should be good. hopefully this works for everyone. and the devs can release a patch to change that problem.

1) Download the game and install.
2) Download and install the patch *TO THE SAME FOLDER* If it is changed from the default directory.
3) Start up the game (With firewall off and other things that block connection)
4) The load time will be slightly slower cause of updates and such.
5) When you get stuck at 0 KB Download that file should become placed in the CACHE Folder as 0 KB size.
NOTE: This is not where you want to download "The missing file"
6) Go to Here to download the file that was stuck and extract it into the folder that has all the other files (Not the CACHE folder) I do not the game installed on this comp so I dont know the folder name sorry.
7) Close everything related to EA and start up the game.
8) Click next and allow the game to start.
Hopefully this should allow you to play. :P
