Ok, from entrance, turn left. Then left again. Then right. Thats the left fire room. Then keep going, then turn right, then turn right. It should be there... Or maybe one more right...

At least, that's if I remember correctly... -__-" My memory is failing me these days D= Not as bad as some though, I guess. Anyway. It's between the left fire room and the straight and long flat stretch. It is before any forks in the road.

Its a rare spawn npc, I went afk while hid in 14 before I finally found him spawned.

You have to talk to the shock to spawn him, and he takes a long time to spawn sometimes...
