so I'm Engineering Level 16 - 0.16% ... I tried to make (BL) Rocketpack - 08... it keeps saying "The Attempt Succeeded..." but it doesn't appear in my inventory, and no ingredients seem to have been used...

any ideas?

Best ones that you can get are Trading Post Jetpacks besides crommies for AP unless you have an item made from before they broke or something somehow.
