Crypts. Trene. I believe she is an HF in the little room next to Overking Shadow, if I remember correctly.
Here is what I remember. From the entrance, get to the first big room (Sarin Raid spawn).
Take the right path. Follow it all the way down to the end of the hallway. There should be a dead end. Now turn backwards, and take the 2nd left. You should be in a big room. From this, take another left, another big room, only with Overking Shadow raid spawn. From here, make another left into a little room. This is where I remember the NPC being. Hope this helps, and hope I'm right. =)
