Cant use jetpack - Endless Ages

i try equiping it after the jumpping and it gets me no where.. soem quests dont even go away when i finish them.. and i seem to be missing starter boots for my human. also the create character arrows are mixed up

You equip the JP let it charge and then use right click to use it, the quests infact DO go away but you need to refresh your quest journal by setting a bind in preferences(Open/Close Quest Journal), they combined the HM/HF Boots with the legs making it one item, and yes, the arrows are mixed up and its a known fact not really the most important thing the game needs fixed though.

the jetpack just wont equip

Are you equipping the jetpack for the correct race?
If you are a human male, you must buy a jetpack with (HM) before it.
If you are a human female, you must buy a jetpack with (HF) before it.

However, if you are using one of the Trading Post jetpacks, you might have to level your piloting to level 2 before being able to equip it.

Exactly which jetpack are you trying to equip, and what race are you?

i am a vetren and i know how to play, ... but human i had a HM.... which i am... human male.... but i dont see how i can go to level 2 as the other times i have played inb other servers i have been able to put one on as soon as i finished the jump quest

There are piloting quests to raise your pilot level.

Which jetpack are you trying to equip?

Which exactly IS the starter jetpack? The name of it, if you will.
Or rather, describe "starter." The one you get from newbiezone quest? The one you buy from shops?

Either works.

Ok, you start with armor and a JP in newb zone making the newbzone jump pad course pointless but anyway.. Go into your inventory (F5 or "B") and either do one of two things:
1) Left Click on the JP and left click on the "equip" button - Then the most bottom right bar thing will start filling up with green color which indicates how much fuel you got.
2)Rick Click on the JP - Then the most bottom right bar thing will start fillig up with green color which indicates how much fuel you got.
Now exit out of the invetory (ESC or click the (X)) and make sure that the toggle coursor is off. Then hold down right click to fly. Once the green bar is totally gone you should drop from the sky.
If the bar fills and right click doesnt work to make you hover then your default hover thing may have gotten screwed up and in that case you can set it by two ways:
1) Hit ESC then click options then click preferences then left click on hover/jetpack (Dont remember really) and then right click anywhere and it should set.
2) Hit F1 then click preferences and the rest is the same.
IF NONE of this works then I don't know what is wrong sorry :/
