the trin quest is started from Swamii B'll on the beach on sluggith island. say the direction toward voc penn, and trendor is north, then sluggith would be off the west side of ap island. hes standing about halfway up the beach, near some pickable plants, cant remember which. you need to do the stontrile quest before you can start it tho. if sombody would be so nice as to lend you their stontrile it would make your like much easier. you also might need some help killing the last few mobs that he spawns because the first few frog guns do somwhere around 1 dmg to the skarshar, and the agron.
