Stuck on Loading Screen - Endless Ages

I'm a returning player to EA and for some reason the loading screen always just freezes. The old EA worked fyi. Everything runs fine. The login screen I can get to. Then after that, it just freezes. The loading bar just turns a murky green color. Before, I thought it would just loading lots of new files but I left it on for an hour, and it still didnt change.

Please help!

I downloaded and installed the manual patch but it still gets stuck. Though this time it gets stuck on cannot connect to server. I've turned off all my firewalls and norton is down too. The problem might be when I log in, the world/server is blank. Am I supposed to type anything in?

No, the server "Aixen IIA" should show in that box.
Something is blocking your connection to EA. Double check your firewalls and make sure Norton is disabled, as well as any other security programs you might have. Also, check to make sure port 80 is open.
