I heard you can get it from SIA Island north of Trendor. I searched a while and found some guy between those 2 big crystal hills. But he only said that I have to talk first to someone else. Can someone make complete guide for this quest? Because I'm sure it will help alot new players like me.

You probably found trus which isn't for ss. You need to talk to the frog named Sial that is near him. He is on the back left side of the hill if coming from the com tower.

Just got to be careful since the jouster can kill you when you are talking to him.
