Endless Ages - Your new journey begins... its all legit and a great game... most people who have played will agree with me. The problem most have is the steep learning curve and the graphics. They are a bit outdated but once you get past that its a very unique game and you will most likely enjoy it. Also i'm here to help with the learning curve

TIPS HERE.....
ok i see some newbies are joining up (no offence ) and here are some tips:
General tips:
Melee is not useless its very important. the only way you can melee a monster is if your good at dodging... for example if you want to melee a ground based ranged attacker then what you should do is attack it rapidly with your sword while circling around it fast. with an air based ranged attacker you must be able to dodge well using your jp.
With a melee attacker you attack it once and fly out the way then it will chase you. then fly behind it and start meleeing away and it will run around in circles with you owning it.
If you want to level melee fast do it on the guards in trendor vault (human city) because they are bugged and miss you unless you stand almost in them.. you must stand far enough away that you can only just hit them for this to work.
Another good tip is to use the lowest ranged weapon you can find (acid guns for humans. genshock for blobs. aqualaz for frogs) and keep shooting. thats if you want to level your ranged attack skills. and same with if you want to level melee... use your lowest level weapon for it. but if you want to level stats you should use the highest level melee weapon you can use as melee is best for stats.
Shape shifting is very good for questing but not for pvp.. There is an orb called sarin orb and its resistances for each element (fire. water. acid. rune. relic. death. air. earth) are all high except relic. all its resistances are 50% except relic... and death and rune resistances for it are 90%... when you reach level 12/13 weapon tech and have the correct stats to do your non drop armours (quests) then you will be up against death element monsters... they will hit you for about 50s if you dont have sarin and max hp is like 600 odd for blobs which have high hp anyway. but if you have sarin they will hit you for like 10
side note: what i said about the sarin is not true now... a certain someone *cough* kane *cough* got the sarin nerfed and now its pretty much a useless orb
All quested items (weapons and armours) are non drop (like if your pked) but shop bought items are droppable (potions)
Dont whine like a ***** when you get pked because most of the community are nice and just want the murders (to become the top red tag/murderer in the game) but if you whine about it they will loot your stuff instead of leaving it for you to loot it when you come back
JETPACKS DROP... so if you die up on a high ledge then you will either have to ask a player to get you a jetpack so you can get your body back.... or buy one yourself (money doesent drop as of right now) and then go get it.
Only the person who killed you and the person who got killed (you) can loot your corpse (as of right now) so if a mob kills you then your stuff is safe
DO NOT LOG OFF IF YOU DIE AND LOSE SOME IMPORTANT STUFF ON YOUR BODY!... there is a bug atm (it may not be a bug) where you will lose your body if you log off (this may not happen right now but dont trust it... find your body before you log off)
The community is small and everyone knows your name... so if you whine alot you will be known as a whiner and nobody will want to help you or let you in their clan... if you help people out then you will be known as a good guy and they will help you back... an eye for an eye
The max level is 18.100% for skills so dont worry if your getting like 0.05% per kill at level 5... you just need to get 20 kills and then your level 6 at that rate.
For each race you have a crest quest. This is where the head of your race (darius for HM. Bo for BL. Strife for AP. Celeste for HF) will give you a quest where you kill a certain number of things for a badge/crest and it will boost your stats when you wear it. The npc's can be found at your starting city. Don't worry its not kill 100 of these then 200 of that. Its more like kill 10 of this. or 5 of this and 5 of that. So its pretty easy. These crests are needed to start your non drop armor. You need crest 9 to start Nd armor 11
Training Course 00 Jetpack is a non drop jp
Shapeshifting is also good to get to level 18 as when you get level 18 shapeshifting there are race orbs (shift into another player race like from a frog you can turn into a Blob) then you can use the race orb while transformed to do the quests that race has so essentially you can do every single thing in game with every race on one character. I do not know if they will still be in game but if they are just a heads up
Skills:
Weapon tech (the range weapon skills for BL's/Hm's/HF's)
Mind control (the range weapon skills for Ap's)
Engineering (making vehicles/jetpacks/ammo)
Alchemy (making potions/poisons)
Smithing (making swords and armors)
Shapeshifting (transforming into certain mobs and gaining the traits of that mob)
Magic (using stuff like healing spells and meteors and fireballs)
Hiding (turning invisible)
Reveal (revealing invisible people)
Pilot (use of vehicles and better jetpacks)
Melee (use of hammers/shields/axes/swords)
Harvesting (harvesting plants and minerals)
Familiars (use of mounts)

Amphibions/frogs/Ap's -
Good/fast at leveling these skills - Hiding. Shapeshifting. Magic. Familiar use
Bad/slow at leveling these skills - What i didnt mention
Pros - Very fast race (moves fast so hard to hit) Small (the character is small so its even harder to see) Good in pvp/pk
Cons - If hit they die easy because of low hp. their jetpack doesent last as long. if you hop alot (aps hop to jump) then it is harder to aim but also harder to get hit with a direct hit weapon. not splash (area of effect damage). also they cannot fire over bodies as they are short
Human male/HM -
Good/fast at leveling these skills - Piloting. Engineering. Weapon tech. Melee
Bad/slow at leveling these skills - What i didnt mention
Pros - Medicre damage/Mediocre health. Die less than frogs. Mediocre jetpacks. Quite good weapons
Cons - The pros can be cons in the wrong hands. they dont do as much damage a BL's
Human female/hf -
Good/fast at leveling these skills - Alchemy. Magic.
Bad/slow at leveling these skills - What i didnt mention
Pros - Smaller hit box so easier to target people with. Move quite fast. Mediocre health/mediocre damage. Die more than HM's but less than frogs
Cons - They level skills slow and die more than HM's and BL's but are good at killing
Bloblic/blob/BL -
Good/fast at leveling these skills - Melee. Weapon tech. Reveal. Smithing
Bad/slow at leveling these skills - What i didnt mention
Pros - Highest damage in the game. Highest health in the game. Levels stats quick
Cons - Easy to hit. Slowest race in game
Some good clans to look out for
Exile - These are a pro clan... with the best from all versions of endless ages going back 8 years + ago who are almost all pkers joining in these clan... Look out for these (they can be good friends or bad enemies)
To)(ic - Same as exile but not as many pros... a lot of pros joining here though
S|R - Good clan... will help you out alot if you join... wont pk you most likely
S.W.A.T - Same as S|R.... not as sure about these though
LORD - Most likely will pk you if you provoke them... used to be a big pk clan
Xith - Have some to watch out for and some not so much... quite a big clan now as two clans merged to it (or so i heard)
I may have done the symbols wrong in them but those are the clans to watch for... there are clans like LoD and MenOfSteel but they are smaller and less significant as those big ones... everyone knows the name of them clans.
