Hi there guys, I checked around forums and I am looking for a script to use with keytext to SS macro. I have never used keytext before, so please bear that in mind.

If someone would not mind sending me a macro to use, I would really appreciate it.

I hope when game goes gold that people get experience based upon ingame actions,, and not who can hide in the corner the longest running a hack.

Given that it was used in the old version.. I would not consider it a hack, but that's an opinion.

By definition, a hack is an outside program designed to do what the original program does not allow..
With old version, I was dismayed the developers supported cheating, it was the ONLY beef I had with the game.

I hope Jason has the intuitiveness to come up with a more original leveling system for the skills. (I think he does )

Games, especially games like this, are fun because of the accomplishement factor behind succeeding. What did you accomplish by hiding in a corner and going to a friends house for the night. Boo, feels like cheating to me.

If that is your argument its not valid. since when does the game not allow you to shift? all the macro does is click a button. you don't need to be afk to macro. alot of the time i sit and watch tv while at my computer and run the macro.

got to agree with zerza. macroing ss, wt, mc or melee is lame. the premise for this new ea coming back was to return the game to its best version, gold. mainly that means getting rid off the stuff that let people get to endgame in a month or so.

leveling ss is not that hard or boring.

everyone is entitled to an opinion, and mine is that I would welcome the assistance with SS. It's not like you can use it for PVP or fighting mobs..

When I am tied up with work or out of the office, I welcome the assistance. I do not live by it and I am in no hurry to get to lvl 18.. so... to me it's just a tool.

If nothing else.. allow the macro to be used up to lvl X, then after that the exp thing would be cool for teh SS quests themselves, same with magic or smithing or alchy.

Well i personally dont think macros are needed for anything rather then ss, for i just jam keys and walk away for a moment.

key binding and jamming aren't really macroes, they utilize a function that is built in to the game, whereas ss macroing requires a program. tradeskills need that function because nobody wants to have to click on or do a keystroke for each item. that would be boring.

lol, most things don't really require a macro though, only SS, and if you wanna cheat and break the ToS in old EA shoot/reload macros.

you guys find the smallest things to ***** about, macros have been in EA since day 1, they will always be here. Even if they say they eliminated it there will always be someone who finds a way around it to use it. so stop wasting ur time with all this hacking and cheating bull ****.

lol agreed with Kill, no1 tends to complain in the game, you will figure that out guys. Its a part of EA, the only thing i ever used them for was SS and meat, I just bearly used for ss, mainly meat.

Well, as in life there are 2 types of gamers, those that earn what they get, and those that expect what they get.

And I dont find the smallest things to complain about, thats been my only complaint about EA,,, ever :P

I can make anyone a macro with Macro schedular but thats about it, also only made a macro with 1024x768 res...

I agree with you, lots of grinding sucks, esp SS, but i was right when I said that shoot/reload macros were against the ToS in old EA and would (if they felt like it) get you banned.
