Spawns are controlled by a unknown force. Simply xxxx/1000%
1000% spawns immediately, 10% is what rune bosses use, i'm not sure how it works.

I think he's talking about killing a rune boss a lot of times with very little time inbetween spawns for long periods of time while standing on a ledge or something that makes it ridiculously easy to level.

This has never been classified as exploiting, doing it while AFK however has been classified as exploiting for as long as I've played the game.

What about for eng/alch/smith? Honestly those are a pain to level unless you do it overnight. And plant/mineral picking is a pain unless you're doing it overnight.

I'm pretty sure the current rules just allow for AFK macroing in a hidden spot and not out in public. I remember back in the day when people went AFK marcoing in the 4fs bank doorway, drapping everyone inside. lol

also macroing in a hidden spot cuts down on bandwidth, if u have 5 people next to u, the server gotta constantly send ya info of their location.
