Ok, It has come to my attention that "Exitwounds" AKA Death Frog has been spreading rumors about me hacking my account in past EA (booster) in late 2006.

For the record I have not hacked nor do I intend...Or for that matter do I even have the know how to hack EA or EA accounts. But I will tell the story about how I came accross a GM bot!

It all started one fine day in noob land after my EA sub had ran out, I was playing around helping out the noobs that had been there for the first time. After doing so for some time I got bored and remembering that once in an unnamed location I could clip the boundry. Well after trying to attempt this I managed to get back behind the walls of Noobland and though Id look around and see if I could find another map (like the one in catas that took ya to Datro) ...Thus doing so I came accross a GM Bot, and like any one would I clicked apon it....AND....Ohh the goodies I found.

Now, not that this is a good excuse, BUT say you found a suit case with millions of dollars inside it...Wouldent be hard to just leave it there? Would you take it? Would you take some?

I dont want to sound like im bragging about it....OK but I must state what I found as it will explane why it might look like I had HACKED my account

Aesir stealth armor that I could place under my normal armor. 90% restant to all channels
GM machine Gun with splash
Oaf +100
Dual Necrolaz +100
Majee Staff +100
Majee Rod +100
GM crest that gave 1500 HP
Tokens
Credits
And much more.

With that said...Now know that I had access to these items for over 8 months and during a time when EA had no GM's No support, no events. No nothing ...I held my owne... I passed out tokens and credits as prizes, I never used the GM items to go PKing with. AND when ever I ran into anyone I made a dash for it! I wasnt there to pawn the peeps even though it would have been all to easy to do such!!

8 Months No one even knew AND the only question peeps asked me was " How can you afford to give away tokens and credits like that" "Are you a GM?" I would then just log off

So one day in FT there has a player trying to PK me (a vet player) that knew that the 10 damage he was doing to me wasent right he said " Netty only doing 10 to you" AND so happens that Sean was on in FT at the time....I knew this was a bad sign! Sean asked me if I had something up my sleve that would make this happen...SOOOO.... I coped to it and confessed it. My accounts got banned.

This was in the last week befor EA went offline.

There is the story as it happened " From the horses mouth" and to conferm this account I have:

GM Tired... He was the one responcable for the removeable of the GM Bot
Rolled... The player that busted me
Sean Barnes

And the many peeps that attended my Events

NOW PLEASE LET THE PAST STAY IN THE PAST!!!

Yeah it really isn't that big of a deal...

A lot of people used them.... A lot of people who claimed to not know about it used the Suits and **** you could get from there.

Death Frog is just being a hater, why? Because in Booster all of the noobs that found this **** and became uber over night started pwning his ass.

Doesn't matter now it was a Dev mistake or a Head GM mistake, who ever put the bot there wasn't thinking clearly lol.

And yeah this was the last few months of Booster before they started handing them out..

Dude u were hidn ur ap forever...if i recall it was like an 8 month period and the gm bots were there for like what 2 months???only person i can recall knowing u were doin something fishy was maelstom...mael if u read this add ur input i wanna know....

But yeah its not a big deal i was talking to u and u only so grow up and quit spammin forums for something u did...wait u r grown up o.o

But yeah u wanna pk me 5 times within half hour period while training...what u think im not gonna have somethin to say haha thats just my being.

Sounds like a fairly reasonable thing to do, but its also clear why you got banned.....

hmm i wouldnt have banned him for it, kinda dumb to have a bot that gives out **** like that accessible through clipping. Removing those items from his inventory would have been about it and then moving the bot somewhere safer lol.

btw deathfrog, rystic is perfectly in his right to pk you when you are training, i would say take it like a man but to you i guess you just arent able to. Rystic if you catch him questing or anything if I was you i would pk his ass every time just for him being a ***** about things.

well that is quite a story. I agree it was negligence on the part of the admin for putting such a thing where players could get to it. At least you didn't abuse it.

That I know of, there is no such thing in game at the present time so I really don't see how this is relevant to current game play. The items from then on the account, didn't make it to the one you have now so really any problems are really superfluous.

I don't think you should have been banned for something like that, everyone else would have done the same thing. If you find something in game, clipping or not, you found it, and it should be fine to do, imo. The dev's and gm's back then, especially caustic, total, and complete a**holes!! They made this game worse. Cool story though.

I don't really see this as being productive now. Closing thread to end matters before they get flame worthy.
