RE: CTF Event - Endless Ages

Thought I would let everyone know what's going on with this.

With the events as of late, I've been holding off doing this event for several reasons but mostly because of the issue with the server. I think though that given the information about the server stuff from Telos, I would like to announce that

SATURDAY-- @ 6 pm EST

Meet at Four Falls for this event.

DO NOT BRING WHAT YOU CAN'T AFFORD TO LOSE!!!!

To the victor is going the spoils. Teams will not get the reward but single players. The flag must be visible at all times to win. Enjoy the carnage.

IF the servers are all up and the Ai cooperates, we will hold just a small dose of this event with the same prize as announced before. If not-- then we will be holding it as fast as the server is back up and rolling.

Just a friendly reminder

The flag is going to be something LOOTABLE. You will need to arm it as fast as you can and then get to the right safezone. The flag must be visible throughout the contest in order to win.

There can only be ONE winner. Team prizes at this time have not been factored in and therefore shall not be an option. This is a case of if you want the prize, you best fight for it.

You MAY NOT use familiars, shapeshifting, vehicles or become invisible.

The route will be announced before the event so make sure you're in four falls at 6.

DO NOT BRING ANYTHING YOU DON'T WANT LOOTED!!! -- to the victor goes the spoils.

**NOTE--This is just to see how this works, what needs fixed and how to make this more enjoyable. Depending on how well it works, we may hold this as a monthly event.

Oogs, to make arming it faster, before the event give everyone a flag (one by one, so you know no one has it anymore) and let them put it in their quick bar. That way there's not arming it while in your inventory.

I agree with Blank. someone will kill you while you are looking for it in your inventory. or someone will have it equiped and have left already.

Have to give the flag before the event to let people put it in quickbar, AND kill them to retrieve the flag before giving it to the next player, since trading it back will most likely remove it from the bar (i know it removes stuff from bar when you vault items, not sure about trading tho).

I think 6pm EST is 1am here, so i might be there in a -yet to be known- state. Will make everything possible for it !

So it was acually kinda ZT frogs vs GM Defenders

next time though we need more people. SO COME ON GUYS! next event. you all should come. it was SO FUN!
