I like the game and appriciate you and telos and silents efforts so please, PLEASE pull this out. With the right changes this game could become a money making stream for you and not a struggle to stay afloat.

paid tourneys are easy, on top of the monthly fee, hopefully like the old days 5-10 bucks a month, have a tournament system, maybe small 2$ tournaments every 3 days, and say, 5 dollar tournaments every 2 weeks.
each subscribers cash is pooled, take say... 50% of the fund for server fees, gives 1st place 25% 2nd 17% and 3rd 8%. (as interest in the game grows you could take more of the fund)
another thought would be paid tournaments with token rewards for winning, however you might end up having to give out too many tokens.
also allow some type of free pvp event beforehand to win spots in the paid tourney, just to bring more players into the tourney.
this and adding a pvp based zone or 2 would really add an amazing amount to this game. also enhancing the group system a little would make the new pvp amazing, but i already expect that is coming with later patches.
