Need Some Help From Gm - Inventory Gone - Endless Ages

All bank and character inventory went poof on sign on. Everything is gone!! I sure HOPE this can be fixed.
I have bought things from online shop, got 15 armor drops and orbs of all kinds, this is making me nervous. HELP PLEASE!
