I made one with macro scheduler...the macro is based on a 1024x768 screen res(including in game too) and the orb has to be in certain spot, but you can change that to your liking....Its really not that hard to make a macro, the only thing you have to worry about with MS is putting mousemove>0,0 before clicks =D
(only with EA though)
I can make you a exe file macro if you tell me what position your orb is in inventory
