Not sure why you can't connect. Admin never need a password but go ahead and pass me your username. Will be looking into this.
Are you running norton security or anything?
hope to hear from you soon.

Same thing happens to me. Give it a minute and it should connect. It's very random.

Ok eric, I've had the same problem in the past. I dont know if my solution will fix you'res but... Is there a router hooked up on you're connection anywhere? Some routers have a firewall that most people dont know of.
I just did a direct connection and It worked. But after the next update i tried router, and that worked... Havent had the problem since..

A "Direct connection" Is basically putting the cord directly from your wall into your computer.
A router would connect to the wall, and allow multiple computers to connect to it. Possibly allow Wifi.

What type of internet are you using? We use satellite, but have up 2 three computers on one line, thus we have a router =p. So, if u have one, take ur cord and plug it directly in.

Well, are u able 2 follow the connection to the wall? If there isnt a little box with more empty, or filled plugins, then you dont have one, unless ur in an apartment complex that provides, or offers internet, then you prob are on one you can't find...

my french is not that good but here goes.

yes, it's have said on #14. All connection are relied to a HUB, who is relied to freebox. But the router is ON the freebox (i think, i have read this in some forums). I can configure our router on their website : free.Fr.
Is some ports have to be redirected ? Because my router can do this, and i have to do this with eMule, for example.
Thanks.

more info
B'jour!
You're going on www.free.fr, you click on "login", you give your such and password (on your registration form for free) ...
Tu arrives sur la "console" : là, en bas à droite tu cliques sur la "clé à molette" à droite de "fonctionnalité routeur", puis sur "configurer" à coté de "fonction routeur" et là dans la partie "redirecton de ports" tu mets : You arrives on the "console" There, in the bottom right you click on the "key grip" on the right of "router functionality," then "set up" next to "function router and then in the" redirecton ports "you put:
port 4672 UDP vers ton IP, 4672 UDP port 4672 to your IP, 4672
et and
port 4662 TCP vers ton IP, 4662 4662 TCP port to your IP, 4662
tu fais envoyer et après 2 minutes tu débranches et rebranches ta freebox... you do send and after 2 minutes you débranches and rebranches your freebox ...

Are you sure of the port ?? You said me the port of this page : Routeur Freebox Firewall. I think they nothing have to see with this game.
Who's the créator of this game ? Because I think, he can say me how port i have to redirect.
Thanks.

try disableing your firewall (norton may need to use task manager to disable) and make sure windows firewall (control panel) is turned off
