Chat Box and Combat Box in EA - Endless Ages

I have asked around and a lot of players want this to be on EA... Showing ur clan name, group's name and all that on the Chatbox.And to make it longer... If thats an issue nvmnd but can we plz try to get our clan names and group names in? I have talked to Arma about it in-game as well and he said i should post it. O and wat about the combat box sometimes when i try to switch to see which of my weps does better damage on certain creature i end up getting killed switching from chat to combat so can we try to have a solution to that?

clan name, sure, group name...goin a lil bit far there. Names will start to take up the entire chat box.

I hope we can make it so we only have to type their original name to pvt message...unless we will have a gui for that

...

currantly the UI chat box does not show clan names but in old EA it did and i agree with having clan names shown again in chat but I dont see group names because groups can change constantly and it would realy be pointless for that...

I miss the <Clan Tag>Char Name set up. I would like to see it come back like that. Just my opinion.

Clan name would be cool for sure, but the second part of arceus' post is the most important i think : to be able to display both tabs at once.

But it already had been said, i just hope it hasn't been forgotten :-D

Yeah i agree with the rest of you. Group names would be pointless. waht we need for the chatbox combat and chat is a quick key. Also if at all possible a option to make the two combained would also be good! It gets annoying when u forget to change it from combat and people were trying to talk 2 u or something was said u would like 2 know...

Also, ive noticed them but havent messed around with them much, but what are the letters in the chatbox inthe upper left hand corner?

They let you choose who you talk to, the zone, your group, or your clan.

Having a button that let's you pick who you talk to without needing to hit esc would be nice too.

I think /g and /c work. Try it. =)
/c I know works for sure, not sure about /g.

hmmm. Umm kane i know ur joking around, so this is the only comment ill put =P. But thanks for the info on what they do. Does clan and group and open chat show up in the same screen still or do u have to change them back and forth?
