Open winamp, control click the play button, paste the link into the box that pops up.

Windows Media player instructions:

WMP11, File> Open URL> paste in http://radio.ttbroadcasting.net:8096 > click OK

I think .pls is play list, but I'm not sure, I am working on getting more information, I'll put up instructions for win amp

.pls is a playlist file, it's more complicated than .m3u though, so it's used for internet radio stuff.

I'll check it out though.
